I hope this doesn't sound offensive or anything because I'm genuinely just really curious: do you guys miss Sulli?

In both SNSD and f(x) one of the members left. As a Sone, I still really miss Jessica and I know a lot of other Sones do too. I think it's still something very relevant to Sones. Jessica's departure from SNSD is still discussed often and a lot of us really miss OT9. I don't notice it as much for f(x) though and I feel like a lot of MeU's that I've seen accept OT4 or in some cases actually prefer it. So the question is: do you guys miss Sulli in the same way that Sones miss Jessica? Do you still support her? And if given the chance would you want her back in the group or do you like it as OT4?

I wouldn't say I'm a full time MeU as I'm multifandom but honestly, no. The thing that differentiates Jessica and Sulli is that Jessica seemed like she still wanted to do it (for a certain period of time with the girls) while it was implied that idol life is just not for Sulli anymore. It's still nice to see her in their previous stuff but if she's happy not being an idol, then I'm happy for her too.

But up and quitting during red light promotions was basically unforgivable.
I really do not care about all the dating stuff/ ect her life her choices. But bailing during promotions i am done with her.

As much as I want to see an OT5 reunion, if Sulli doesn't want to do it then we can just let her be.

I guess we'd be lucky to see ANY f(x) reunion at this point. They're all busy with solo work right now, so I don't know when they'll have a comeback (if they ever do. It would be nice if they had one by their tenth anniversary, which is coming up pretty soon actually.)

It's weird for me
I got into Soshi a little bit before Jessica left but Sulli was long gone by the time I got into f(x). And unlike Soshi, I don't really like f(x)'s older discography pre-electric Shock.
This is a little bit harsh
And unlike Jessica, I just didn't really see the point of Sulli. I didn't like her visuals, her vocals, her tone, or her attitude. I get that she's the visual and she maybe she had variety skills but I just didn't see it. I understand that she wasn't happy and when you're done, you're done, but I just never got a good impression from Sulli, especially with how she left.
She's living her life and that's fine, but I would rather not have her in Ot5 reunion.

Oh. That sounds a bit selfish to me tbh. I would understand if she had any mental health problems ongoing at the time, but quitting, knowing the group is still promoting at the time and that it could interfere with their promotions, after everything they'd been through, and she really only thought about herself? She could have pushed on for a few more weeks and quit after the comeback was over.

Did she get exposed for dating, post all those photos with her bf and then get put on hiatus?
Or did she get exposed, go on hiatus and then start posting those pics?

Honestly, yes but I know that it is better that she did leave. I support her deciding to leave, she wasn't happy being an idol and it was becoming more and more clear as the years went on and their comebacks started to become less. Her personality wasn't as bright as it had been, her energy was lacking - something was off with her and I think the entertainment industry was becoming heavy on her shoulders. Like quite a few of female idols she had received the backhand of Netizens because of her decisions so it only made sense she lost passion.

She was my bias in f(x) for a long time and when she left I understood it was hurtful the way she did but honestly f(x) wasn't going to last any longer even with her in the group. SM was already preparing to put them on their shelf.

This was about the last time i saw her on stage happy. (also the only time fx(5) ever had anything like a concert)
a week later she was checked out during the year end lives.



six months after that was pink tape.
Mostly she got exposed during pink tape era. But everyone covered for her.
Knets were on her from the start of red light.

Funny thing is Suili is the counter example to SM being SHIT Management.
She completely nuked a comeback and a active GG yet she is still under contract and they are finding work for her.

If she is this useless and they keep her around how bad were the boys and just how much did soshi hate Jessica.

Well idk I'm not a MeU and from the above replies, it seems that Sulli really bombed as a member. However, to most non fans like me, F(x) was Krystal x Sulli. The other members were pretty non existent. We saw Amber from time to time. So yeah I mean Sulli seemed as a big part of F(x) as Jessica was to SNSD, from my point of view. I don't know if I miss her? I wasn't really big on F(x), either way.

I miss seeing Krystal perform though

I only got into fx properly when she already had left.

For my knowledge the reason for her leave was the intense hate she got that got toll on her though. She was seen as lazy and not giving effort during performances, bit similar as lazy Jennie scandal to me.

I am a MeU for years and I must say I do miss the older times. Sully was a part of f(x) amd that will never change.
Thing with the fandom is that there are alot of solo stans which makes it hard to really be united. Just look at how little support Luna got for her comeback from the fandom. It‘s insane how much certain members never got attention from most MeU‘s.
But after all this time and knowing how Sulli feels ( she herself said that idol life wasn’t for her; and I believe that she actually wanted to be an actress pre-debut).

Yes I miss her, but I understand why she left. I am not going to force her to comeback and promote if she doesn't want to anymore.
As long as she is doing well in life is all that really matters​
