In a week and a half, I have my medical exam. A colonoscopy, and an endoscopy. Hopefully the fact I’ve spat up blood is more just a condition of my reflux. I enjoyed exercising and eating healthy before all this, but I really should have worked on my stress levels. I’ve taken my body for granted when really I should have nurtured it before it damaged my internal organs. Once these exams are over and hopefully my body is able to recover while I keep it down from stress.
I’ll have to talk to the school soon about that issue with the class, but hopefully it goes well

honestly, it really hurts to watch. And the apologies feel like a burden on me because I don't know how I should respond. I didn't know how to react. I'm not good enough. I've never been good enough once and all my blatant effort to be is honestly laughable. I'm so tired.
