so many of their top trainers left to do their own thing, like I don't think any of the main exo or rv trainers were even in the company by the time winrina joined

but you are right look at all the old sm trainees making impact from Tsuki to Chaeyeon

Aespa is hard to judge skill wise, because of the music style.

I do not think its the trainers, its the confusion at the top ie management failure to use the talent they had.
And this delay helped push wealthy, connected, and skilled girls away from sm. Like all the top IZ*ONE girls.
I think the concept for srxxgg changed a zillion times(heck just on member count) and they kept having girls in system who were, either not perfect for that concept or just not flexible enough.

I always say skill begats flexibility. And the company has to have a discernable vision.

Maybe BoA and Kangta take the hit for this.

its never a good idea if the left hand and the right hand are not working together.
