They have been averaging 60 to 70 kpop group debuts for almost 10 years.

At some point they are gonna run out of Koreans for kpop groups. Especially with the population decline in South Korea and Japan.

And we know they don't like China anymore.

Don't be surprised to start seeing your grandparents competing in these survival shows pretty soon.

Yes but that will change as the overall youth continues to disappear. Groups will be forced to stay active well into their 70s.

That may be true... but why did you not mention Thailand. There are some idols that are Thai? Is a greater influx of Thai idols not a solution in your opinion?

Ten was born to a Thai-Chinese family in Bangkok. Bam Bam was also born in Thailand. A couple other idols from groups that I don't really listen to. While not a massive selection, if Koreans disappear and K-pop is to thrive it's not a crazy idea that Thailand could be a source of idols.
