Hot weather is more tolerable for me Easy to cool down with air conditioner

When it gets cold, I'm less likely to go outside bc it can get very windy.

i hate the heat and getting sweaty, but i can't function at all when i'm cold so hot weather >>>

Cold, put me in a blizzard.
Layers i can pile on to keep warm.
But there's not enough layers to take off walking in the heat. My dog doesnt even like to go on long walks in the summer, even with shade and water.

I'm have a problem where I get really cold easily one time my hands froze so definitely hot weather!

Definitely summer bc then you can just go out as you are, whereas in the winter, you have to deal with all the layers.

I live in a hot climate and have central air... but when living in a cold climate that has hot summers with high humidity and one window air conditioner. That is worse.
