i was watching the iconic lankybox ig

who knows what happened to them anymore...
Anywayzz they did a lot of zero budgets of kpop and 'guess the price' which i watched a LOT and i was like "who is bts?" and i was immediatly into it. and that was july 1st 2020 i think? and guys i thought if i listened to any other kpop group i was betraying bts 💀 so i made A WHOLE tiktok saying "i'm sorry but i really like txt! ik i'm betraying bts but i still love them! i just love txt! only one song tho." then yeah why did i say that. y'know then i found stray kids bc someone said to comment what the first person commented and yah i slayed. and everyone else i stan today through youtube recs.
so i wanna know how u guys found kpop. like give the WHOLE story

I was showering one day and I heard from outside "Hit chu with that du du du", I came out and asked my mom what it was she said kpop(Blackpink), then the classic whats that I ended up listening to FX, Ikon, Exo lol, Nct 127, 2ne1, Bigbang ugh, and the list goes on. I found monster by Exo and made my mom hear it too and I've been in love since!

A friend of mine was teased in the whole school for being into Kpop and once she sang me "Mr Simple" by Super Junior. Actually I found it lame lol but I told her to bring me some of her fave kpop MVs not thinking I'll ever like one of them. But there were some bright gg music videos like SNSD's Oh! and Secret's Madonna in her collection that made me fall in love. It was 2011 ish
