What is your go-to comfort food?

I love something is called vagareli kichdi. It’s rice you fry in spices and vegetables and then you add more water than needed and let it cook.

But if I’m lazy, I order tomato soup and grilled cheese from my fav place. ​

A good comfort food, I mix a bit of Gochujang into mine and it turns out quite good

Ramen.. But instead of using the powder flavor packet I add ginger, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, beef stock, and sugar. It ends up having a sweet and sour flavor and way less salty than the flavor packet.

taste-wise it's quite different! there's no beetroot so it doesnt have that sweet, earthy flavor. instead the sorrel makes it a bit more tangy! it's super easy to make too, you should give it a try~
