taste-wise it's quite different! there's no beetroot so it doesnt have that sweet, earthy flavor. instead the sorrel makes it a bit more tangy! it's super easy to make too, you should give it a try~

@Vikki by the way if you want to make it yourself, most if not all russian stores sell preserved sorrel and its super convenient~ i never heard of it before making it myself so just in case you haven't either

That does sound convenient, I’ll check the normal grocery store for sorrel though I don’t think it has it, but if not I’ll check the nearest Russian store (it’s almost an hour away but worth it)
