That's way too fking many. They should just focus on a few groups only. Debut max 1 group per year imo. But I think those 8 groups are spread between the sub companies. Like Source, pledis etc etc

I think it’s the sub labels under Hybe that are debuting more groups, like Ador, Pledis, Source, KOZ and Belift. For specifically Big Hit I don’t think there’s a plan of any groups debuting anytime soon though, just BTS members solo stuff.

One bg from Zico's label next year.
Trainee A under Big hit (I think) either this year or the next.
Female I-land under Belift (probably next year).
Pledis are also debuting a new group next year afaik.

hmm for me it's tied between:
coups (if the pu leader and vu leaders got their solos then obviously the next one should be the hhu leader, right?)
wonwoo (i just have the feeling he's going to drop an extremely emo rock ballad and blow us away)
dino (if the two aces of svt got their solos then obviously the next one should be the ultimate ace... right?)

but now that you said it seungkwan makes sense... out of the main vocals, it won't be dk cause he's booked and busy enough with xcalibur, and i think they'll go with tender balladeer boo (and let dk be the pop boi if/when he debuts)

omg soogi i've been meaning to reply for ages but it'd always slip out of my mind

anyway my thoughts: see you mentioned how much of an enthu cutlet hoshi is when it comes to releasing solos, so i'd guess even if they were going with the "leader line first" he'd go first purely bc he wanted to. then woozi bc he wanted to + he's the main producer, and then coups. all because that's the order they chose. plus i heard that a coups solo was in the works so we'll just have to wait and see... :)

i really now see seungkwan as another option for a solo debut! but then again, i ALSO see him focusing on variety a lot.. so idk lmao
