Welcome to the Volleyball section of the Summer Games!!!

But first! An Olympic fact! A Spartan princess won as the first female Olympian! Her name was Kyniska and she was raised like other Spartans in the ancient Greek times. At this time, the winners of the Chariot racing were the owners of the horses rather than the riders themselves. And thus, she would win the medal in this category.

Two teams will face off each other via a volleyball match through K-pop music quizzes. One team starts off with the “volleyball” and pass the ball to the other group. In order to pass the volleyball back, a team will be given a snippet of a K-pop song of which they will have to guess the name and artist of the song. If they guessed correctly as a team, the ball is successfully passed over the net back to the other team who will then have to answer the next question. If they guessed incorrectly, the volleyball hits the “floor,” and the other team gets a point. Each answer will be given in their respective group DM that has already been set up!

The goal of this game is to answer questions correctly until the opposing team gets a question incorrect. Each round of questions will start with newer and more popular songs and then progress to older and less popular songs. This game goes on until a team reaches 3 points and is declared the winner.

A random coin flip will be used to determine which team will go first!

The game will begin shortly <3

is there a time limit? as in, do we have to give our answer within a certain time? also do we get to discuss first or will the first post we make count as our answer?

I wouldn't give you several hours tbh, but also reasonable time, and no, the team will have to confirm the answer

okay cool, thanks!!

[The_LastRomeo]

If I'm the only one here do I just confirm the song myself
And if I don't answer correctly does the other team automatically get the point

As you're a 2nd gen gg stan, you didn't miss much. It was really a game of "name that K-pop tune", but there weren't very many 2nd gen gg songs in it. There was a Miss A song, but idk if you like them or not.
