I drink at least a few Redbulls per week. Last week it was more cuz there was a discount on 'em. I try to drink as less as possible. I'd rather drink none at all, maybe in the future..
We actually implemented a minimum age of selling energy drinks in our supermarket. Or maybe it's in the whole country idk. But we have to ask IDs now. You must be 14+ to buy energy drinks now. Although I personally would've done 16+ but okay.

I had my first and only when I was 10 after begging my parents to let me get one from the vending machine at some carnival

Not really a energy drink, but I still like 'mountain dew' for its caffeine content.

My heart rate has a tendency to randomly spike to really high levels, so energy drinks and caffeine in general isn’t good for me.

I prefer hot drinks anyway, but coca cola do a caffeine free version, so I sometimes drink that. When I’m out though I just tend to fill my water bottle up.

By the way by high, I’m talking I could be sat watching TV and it’ll go up to around 170 beats a minute.

That's great news. I don't drink water enough, due to liking flavoured drinks.

In my country, it is 18+.
