SNSD: In my opinion, if Taeyeon wasn't the leader, it would be Jessica. She's definitely mature enough, she trained for a long time, and she's definitely got the leadership qualities in her, I feel.
CLC: The obvious choice is Seunghee, since she was the former leader and she still has a bunch of great qualities that would make her a good leader. She's really mature and all of the members really love her and get along with her well. If we're excluding her (since she was already leader) then I'd pick Yeeun. She's really good at speaking (she introduced the song most of the time during NO era) and I think she's rather mature, so she could do a good job as well.
Twice: Nayeon. While I think Jihyo is the best choice for leader, Nayeon wouldn't be a bad one either. She's got good character and despite being a goofball, I think when it comes down to it, Nayeon could definitely step up and unite the girls under her leadership.
BTS: It's really difficult, because I truly think that RM is the only one who could ever be the leader of BTS. He's perfect for it. However, if I had to choose, I'd say Jin or J-hope. Jin is a bit of a goofball but I think he can be the mature hyung when he needs to be. J-hope isn't the oldest, but I get a leader vibe from him. I just feel like he'd be good at it.
Red Velvet: Wendy. I think she could do a really good job. She's mature enough and I get the feeling that she likes speaking, which is good for a leader who would do most of the talking for the group.
