Also Eunbi is perfect for IZ One.
Chaeyeon would be good but she would need to Dial back a bit which would likely hide her more than help.

Plus I can see from repeated rewatches of pd 48 it seemed like every girl loved her and she loved em back.
She is always walking around touching and comforting the kids.

Eunbi is perfect for sure. They would both be good leaders but I think that what makes Eunbi a slightly better leader is that she knows how to keep a cool head. In the 1000% team, Chaeyeon was great as a leader but you can tell she got really stressed out. Eunbi is as good as a leader as Chaeyeon but unlike her I think she’d be much better in the long term because she could bear the responsibility better.

I would say she's the unofficial leader in Korea and it looks like Rose's the unofficial leader in America. They both take charge in those respective countries. Lisa and Jennie are too shy and excited to be leaders lol.

And according to Sakura Eunbi was the leader from day 1 organizing/running the group A practices.
Chaewon trusted her completely. Apparently they almost adopted Minju (maybe from veryx3, every one stated that Minju was the most focused to improve) to the point that Kura said she thought Minju was a Woollim girl because she was always practicing with them.

iKON - Hanbin is the best as leader but he himself said that Yunhyeong is the real leader of the boys and I defently can see why Hanbin would say that. Yun loves the boys, takes care of everyone in the dorms ( Hanbin is basically living in his studio), cooks for everyone etc. Yunhyeong would have been a good leader.

SHINee- I honestly could never picture anyone else but Jinki as the leader.
