Only lay would be eligible out of these, kehlani and Rihanna were never kpop artists and dpr Ian is eligible for the korean deck

Any person who started out releasing kpop music, in a group or as a soloist, but now is a soloist that is not under a Korean label, doesn't release music primarily in Korean, and is based in a country other than Korea

the primary criteria is they are no longer under a korean label. Then if they also are based in another country (he's still based in Korea) and release songs primarily in another language they aren't eligible for the korean deck so they'd be here

It's only artists not elgible for the korean deck

Yuqi's songs are all English and so is Woozi's but they are under Korean labels so they are in the Korean deck

i thought i chimed in on this during the earlier original discussion but maybe i forgot to click post; my opinion was this(even of i dint post it):
if Yuqi counts as korean deck currently-even though she didnt release in korea and her songs are non-korean BUT she released 'em under CUBE, a korean company (1) to relate this back to Tiffany, she originally debuted under SM (a korean company) as a solo artist, releasing korean songs in korea, (2) what if yuqi goes back to China in future and promotes solely in china {as for example-Cheng Xiao, Meiqi n Xuanyi}; (3) or for tat matter Everglow's Yiren in China [whose situation vis-a-vis activities in korea is currently up in the air] who is under Yuehua-a chinese company who also operates in korea-i hv no idea if yuehua in korea is separately incorporated there or not; and debuted with a solo chinese song, does she currently count as international?

These examples lead me to believe: (1) AT point of debut-frex Tiffany: korean debut with korean song in korea undr korean company-counts as korean deck; (2) yuqi debuted internationally with non-korean song BUT under korean company-counts as korean deck; (3) yiren- who debuted in china with chinese song under yuehua, a chinese company: counts as international deck(unless yuehua counts as korean incorporated company?)

I think cards should be fixed AT point of debut AND not be moved after tat, so i request Tiffany should be in korean deck, but if its too complicated to move her back n forth then so be it. Tat is all from me for now. (Ill refrain from mentioning further Fei, Jia or Zhang Liyin for now).

Nah, her last two songs were both Japan releases and she hadn't released a Korean song since 2015

idk why it makes me laugh that woodz would have had the possibility of being an international idol bc of being in yuehua despite being Korean and only releasing music in Korean, i'm glad he's in the korean deck
