Last night was rough (2 Viewers)

I was exhausted by 9:30 (yes I know that’s early) and tried to go to sleep then but couldn’t for some reason. I ended up staying up until past 11:30 I think, I was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open but I couldn’t sleep either. I hated it
Has that ever happened to you guys?

I've had this happen if I'm particularly physically or mentally exhausted but not the other. So if it was a physically draining day but my mind won't stop running, it can keep me up.

That sucks, I suggest carving out your brain if you’re not mentally tired. It does wonders not really please don’t do that obviously

I have had to the point i am so tired my eyes are almost flowing and i still cant sleep.
i dont sleep well most days any way but those days are icky.
