Fingertip ruined Gfriend's clean image. Any other non-innocent or non-dreamy song too, such as fever, mago and apple.

Mhmm,,, I do not recall people throwing shit at Gfriend or stunning because of the concept switch, and even if I hate fingertip as a song with a burning passion, I do not think there was a certain era that ruined their music or image, but I could be wrong,, But it certainly is unpopular, so you take the cake aha

Agree with the first one ! She is a talented and beautiful girl and her popularity should not be built upon her famous sibling

Tbh I'm biased so I'd say TXT is def Kings of the 4th gen.

I do not stan them or follow them closely so I cannot say, but I honestly do not think there are many great 4th gen boy groups for them to compete against, sooo.. keke

Well I did think of them as a group that would consistently go for the innocent image when I joined the fandom during glassbead era. Hell even when they hit big their CEO mentioned how he doesn't plan to give Gfriend ever a sexy image, but then again what was apple? Back in the time Apink was "the sh*t", and you'd think Gfriend would follow their route, although apink dropped the innocent image later on as well.
I-fans were kinda pressuring Gfriend to change image so a lot of them enjoyed fingertip but that was where their trendy status started to fade away and I remember knetz saying they want the old-school gfriend so it will always have me salty.
