Do you prefer the old HP book covers or the new ones ? (1 Viewer)

Personally, while the new ones are amazing and beautiful in their own way, I do have to say that I prefer the older ones. The art styles are completely different and so are the coloring, presentation, and characterization, but I just love the simplicity of the old ones. They have such a nostalgic charm and have this consistency that scratches an itch in my brain. I am a sucker for 90s book covers, especially children's, so they make me feel so happy.
Though, the new ones are stunning as well. With the bright colors, the vivid illustrations, and the font choice, it all just clicks together in such a satisfying way. The only thing I do not enjoy is how it appears that Harry does not age in the slightest in both cover versions, which is petty, but makes me grit my teeth.
Both cover versions have their own strengths and weaknesses, but I am still interested in knowing which ones you prefer ^^

The new ones even though the old ones aren’t horrible. I like the modern touch on new version covers.
