Today, I was actually so exhausted I wanted to pass out. So exhausted I couldn't stand up straight with my backpack on, so exhausted I could barely lift my spoon to eat lunch, and my arms were shaking just doing that. So exhausted and weak, I didn't even want to eat, because of the effort and wanted to just pass out, but I had to. I even had to delay my plans so I could eat because I was feeling so weak and didn't want to be, and eating took me longer than planned because of the above. Tbh that's something that was really hard for me to admit and do because being physically weak is one of my least favorite feelings ever, I can't stand it, and I've always been very into physical strength, toughness, fitness, health, etc. since I was an actual toddler, it's a very big part of me and my personality, and I like that it is
I would take a nap now, but I have so much to do, and I always sleep longer than I want and just end up feeling guilty, and I have too much energy now to sleep anyway (huh? yeah that's what I mean)
But anyway, just a few hours after that, I go back to being energetic and smiling. I could run 2 miles rn and still be smiling after if I wanted to, That much energy. And I was really hungry. I didn't even eat much, and my stomach was audibly growling and everything.
From wanting to pass out and not being able to lift up a spoon without shaking to this? This is just ridiculous at this point.
I mean I've always had more energy and stamina than peers, but this is ridiculous. And I had someone in the same boat as me with exhaustion, but while they're still tired, I suddenly got energy? It's not fair. And I feel so guilty too, because why? There's nothing I can do to help either, as much as I try, and I wish there was
Now I understand why friends got annoyed when I ran extra or did extra pushups after I was done to try to encourage them when they were struggling and do it with them so it wasn't as bad, after I stopped being tired soon after, and they felt like I was showing off when I wasn't trying to
Ugh, I'm so annoying
