Anything from Italian cuisine, but especially cotoletta ^^ and dressed herring, definitely. It may seem like an odd or disgusting food at first, but it's extremely delicious and flavourful

Spicy Mexican hot chocolate cookies! They’re very unique and pretty good tbh, it’s been a while since I’ve made them but I think they’re worth a try.
