neither, I have a pick me up playlist, but I think I've used it only once years ago

music doesn't affect my mood really

but when I'm in a bad mood most songs I don't enjoy, even if I like them, so when that happens, I say it might not be bc I don't like the song, but bc I'm not in a good mood to listen to music/enjoy anything

both, if I am sad and want cheer up, I'll listen to sentimental music. But if I am angry i'll listen to angry music until i want to feel something else
