I am really shy, but less this year, but I’m talking more my extended family, like when I went to my cousin’s wedding this summer, and today my dad’s talking about how people perceive me and how my aunt (his sister) thinks I’m so shy or wtv and I’m SICK OF IT

it’s not my whole personality and not the biggest problem I have, my adhd gives me much more trouble

like I had severe social anxiety but I got over it all on my own through pure stubbornness
