AITA (am I the asshole) for being annoyed I showed up to my hair appointment on time and I've been waiting 30 minutes for my hairdresser to finish her previous client?

I'm walking around. I've been here for 35 minutes now. I'm tired and unhappy and when I do get into that chair I'll be here for 1.5-2 hours minimum. Am I allowed to be annoyed? Maybe it's because I'm tired

No you're not. There was a set appt time and if it looked like the previous appt would go over time, someone could have called.

Not at all. They should’ve scheduled accordingly so that appointments wouldn’t overlap. I would’ve been irritated too

Update: I got in after 50 minutes because my stylist said she didn't realize the other girl had so much hair

That's called bad service. Your stylist had plenty of time to do the previous clients hair. After the 20–30-minute mark after you arrived, they should have been finishing up. A haircut shouldn't last more than a maximum of 1-2 hours unless it's an intricate hair styling that's for an event or something,

The worst thing is that I confirmed with my stylist that the girl's appointment was for 10am for a cut (my appointment was 11am) and the girl didn't leave until 11:45 I was there for three hours. I would be more mad had my hair not turned out how I wanted.

Whoa, yeah, they definitely messed up. A client whose appointment is before someone else's should never run past about 15 minutes past its usual end time. Usually that's when people bring attention to the problem, maybe even ask for someone higher up.
