I have decided a few weeks ago. I follow a german marine biologist / wild animal photographer, who also has an organization (mission earth) to protect earth (including animals, plant, climate etc. basically everything - he is doing mission and trys to show the good and bad side of everything to everyone). he makes documentations for his youtube channel. he uploaded a few disturbing videos about the fur industry and milk industry (showing how animals are kept, told infos about how they are killed etc). I wanted to try to be vegetarian before, but I learned that being vegetarian is even worse than eating meat as milk cows have to live way longer in catastrophic conditions than a cow that is held for meat. after some thought and asking myself 'what keeps you from doing it?' - doing some self reflection - I went vegan immediately. because its not that hard. ofc I cant eat many vegan products because they have wheat, but so what. also doing it for my health. cause I have a thyroid syndrome (hashimoto).
