Taken your medication but not been sure you took your medication? I think I took 3 benadryl but I don't really remember... I could take 3 more and be just fine but I'm going to wonder all night now...

Me when I used to take medication for my stomach condition. Haven’t had a flare up in ages though. Anytime I take melatonin to sleep it happens too… there have been nights where I’ve taken like 5 cause I genuinely couldn’t remember

It happened once with my stimulant. lol I was feeling pretty off one day for somebody who's taken her stimulant for the day, so I was like "Did I ever take it today?" and took "another". Apparently I had already taken it that day, bc I was one pill short at the end of the month. lol That was a long time ago, though.

and btw now I use pill packs, so I KNOW if I took it or not.

I tried stimulants for my ADD and didn't sleep for like 2 weeks. It was horrible and made me really manic.

Yes, for my ADHD medicine. I use a pill organizer now so I know how many I took in a day instead of not taking it because I can't remember if I already took it and don't want to take too much

Really? Sometimes I have too much energy and can't sleep because of that, because of ADHD, for years

When I take mine, it honestly makes me like not happy, if I was really happy before, like a robot with no personality

But I used too many doses in a row to work for hours straight and stay up 30+ hours this last week of school I had to finish everything

Yes all the time with my Zyrtec. I’ll take it and then later on I’ll be like “Did I take my allergy medication today? I can’t remember” 💀 Sometimes I’ll take another one and sometimes I won’t.
