it's a persian flatbread topped w/sesame seeds. they'll sell them at any persian grocery store. they're usually thicker and much bigger than this though.

i usually tear a chunk apart, toast it a bit and eat it with a mild creamy feta like iranian, macedonian, or bulgarian feta (in that order of preference lol)

lmao, it pretty much goes in order of creamiest to saltiest (at least the ones i get)

iranian/persian (creamiest, less salty, but for me the hardest to find)
macedonian (in the middle, this is my go to since it's the most accessible to me)
bulgarian (a bit more crumbly and saltier, but still significantly creamier and less salty than greek feta)

i find the more crumbly it is, the saltier it is.

if you go to any west asian/mediterranean market they should have a bunch of fetas behind the counter. they'll let you taste test before buying like any decent cheese counter, so you don't need to blind buy.
