I'll just copy the most important part how to get them:
- Post 15 times (anywhere on the forum except the forum games section). (1 card)
- Make 3 regular threads (at least one thread must be posted in the Korea, Japan, Thailand, or China section of the forum) OR one cards challenge post and 2 threads anywhere on the forum. (1 card)
When you fulfill one (or both) of the 2 conditions at any given day, you just go to this thread and request a card for it:

There are decks from where you can get cards from, so if you are generally interested in Kpop check the following decks:
Korean 1, Korean 2
Rare Deck 1, Rare Deck 2, Rare Deck 3
You need to say one common deck (korean 1 or 2) and one Rare Deck (again 1-3)
So for example in my case, Twice Cards are in the Korean 1 and Rare 3 decks, my request looks liek this then:
User: Moguri
Reason: daily posts + threads
Deck: Korean 1, Rare 3
