How do I “break up” with my therapist? Cause he’s been kind of hurting my feelings the last few times and he’s not been giving me solid advice.

Since she prob wants you to have the therapist to get help/better, hopefully she’ll understand when you tell her he’s hurting your feelings instead

yeah! We originally came to his office due to a eating/chewing hearing type issue, but then he’s been asking my whole life story. Which I didnt really wanna talk about lol.

Therapists lose clients like all the time you could just tell them what’s not working for you and if you were ever to continue they might even refer you to other therapists
