Sleep in a cold or warm temperature? (1 Viewer)

Warm! Like I literally feel cold everywhere (I’m a summer child btw) and I can’t sleep if I’m feeling cold or the weather is cold. I sleep with socks and many blankets.

Cold. I sleep under my open window all-season. In Winter even my normal room temperature isn't more than 16 celsius and I still sit there in a T-Shirt. I like warm feet, but a cold head. I look mediterranean, but I seem to have a nordic soul. Skål!

By the way, I heard from other people that my body seems to exude an unusually strong warmth. I don't know, all I can say is that I'm rarely freezing. I also like cold showers - in Winter too. They seems to work for hardening, because I had my last flu about 15 years ago.

I have no heat that actually goes to my room, the vent is broken. So in the winter (I’m in Canada for context so it’s really cold) it is nearly as cold as it is outside. We found a little space heater so it makes it bearable. And I got a fan for the summer cause it gets soooo hot as no air conditioning comes through the vents. But I would definitely take the cold over the hot because I can always add layers.

I had a similar problem except the AC was broken so in the winter it would be freezing and in the summer it would be hot asf
