It's actually pretty interesting and well articulated if you have 15 mins - he walks through what SM has done wrong, what Hybe is recommending and why and shoots holes in some of the things like the astronomical performance projections. Some of it is what we've been saying all along (maximize your existing artists before trying to add new ones, make contracts for people experienced at American distribution, do better in managing your global fanbases beyond Korea..)

I don't have tome to watch the video, I'll do it later but i laughed when i saw that they made the official Twitter account 😂 i thought it was a fan account, apparently it was not 😂

Tbh I'm not invested in this drama. I'm hopeful that whatever happens artists won't be negatively affected. Let's hope I'm right.

But one thing hybe knows how to do is manage their groups and make money.

I have been skeptical of that 3.0 plan from teh start. Nothing from the past says they can pull that off.

and i think 5 million a group per year loss might be high but maybe that has training in it. As SM has said that it cost 2-5 mil per member to train. snsd and some others.
