I can drive and I have to for work and errands but I'm not a big fan, driving makes me anxious if I don't know where I need to go and have to rely on maps

I like driving but if someone does backseat driving and keeps talking and saying "do this" it makes me anxious and mess up, yet I can and do listen to music while driving without it breaking my focus

I'm not the best at switching lanes either and I don't own a car and am not old enough to rent one so don't get to drive much

I'm just bad cuz cars move so fast, so finding a spot to switch, getting them to notice your signals, not turning the wheel too much to make it, switching lanes on curving roads etc. not slowing down too much or speeding up too much to get in the lane

I wanna do a drag race one day, just drive as fast as possible, I like the control of driving, it's fun

ah wait I mean the car drag race which is basically a race at top speed in a straight line

I realized there's another drag race ppl might think of first only after I looked it up just now to see example drag races

I'd probably have to retake some lessons to feel comfortable again. Got my license in 2019 but only drove once with my dad's car and then stood at the traffic light when it hit green for solid two rounds cuz i couldn't get the car to start, haven't driven ever since
