Well in the more rural areas people tend to be more friendly while city folk are more just “keep your head down and maybe people won’t make eye contact with me”

Budapest is the biggest town here only with 1 or 2 million people so I cant imagine something even bigger

Honestly I don’t even know what all the levels are and stuff like that but I’ll try lol
So the house & senate make up the upper and lower levels of congress (house being lower, senate being higher) and they basically just make legislation

Well in suburban and urban areas I get groceries pretty quick but in the real rural areas?

Alrighty.

House of Representatives is the lower level of Congress. There are 435 members and it's based on population of each state. This part of congress is aimed to be closer to individual representation.

Senate is the upper level of Congress. Has 2 people elected from each state to represent the people.

Both parts have to work together to legislate, tho the Senate overall has more power than the house

I don't know what you mean about occupy as president. What do you need to win the presidency? Technically you just need to be a US citizen and 35 years old.
