This sounds to me more like they are exploring the possiblity n floating the idea to see if haters shut it down, similar to wat i rmbr happening last year(?) with X1 n the produce scandal aftermath/fallout. Seems to me like they got scared off last time n are now more seriously looking into it. I think im neutral abt this, just hope they give up on any more produce groups as it seems like its reached diminishing returns (for the companies/broadcasting station/artists/group involved-i might be totally wrong tho as im not very informed/invested in any Produce projects, just a bystander who is casually interested in YueHua participants/graduates like Somi/Chungha/Sejeong/Kang Mina & Choi Yena)

Hope it goes well for the girls involved tats all the comments i hv for now. Good luck to them.

X1 some of the agencies killed the project sure that they could do better with the kids. covid hit and none of em have.

HKT has done nothing since ssashi graduated except their first dedicated theater finished construction.
AKB is a mess and has no held an election for 3 years now if they do one in 2021.
and just a few songs.

Eunbi and Chaewon into RP is iffy at best.
Yena into everglow may work even though i would hate it, never seeing her again would suck.

WM and starship will be the issues.

if covid continues and it looks like at least another year maybe 2 before artists will be playing to venues with any significant numbers of fans.
Folks are still terrified, governments they will just feed that crap because there is so much power to be gained.

A populace terrified and afraid to leave the house is easily controlled.

yeah then the fans launched a project and raised millions of dollars to relaunch the group .
That failed for the above reason and many of the members wanted to go another way .

There was unified interest in another 3 months to make up for the comeback we got hosed on but they could not make it work.

I would assume much of this was settled earlier Sakura was just too organized when she went back to Japan for it to have been spur of the moment.
