Things have quieted down around Katalk and Burning sun gate cases. However now report was released of woman testifying that she was raped and filmed by 5 members of the infamous Katalks including JJY and Choi Jonghoon as well as Burning Sun employee Kim, ex-YG employee Heo and businessman Park.

The woman had met with 5 members of Katalks in 2016 after she was invited by JJY who she previously had known. She blacked out after drinking with them at hotel and woke up next to naked Choi Jong Hoon in hotel room, and after learning about the Katalks and hidden cam videos started wondering if she could have been one of the victims. She asked this from Choi Jonghoon who promised she wasn't in the Katalks.

Woman contacted Bang Jung Hyun who is the lawyer who submitted Katalks to Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights. They together confirmed that the woman appeared in one voice recording and 6 photos in Katalks and that there was also conversation between members suggesting that she had been raped by them, these msgs include "Jung Joon Young allegedly used slang words that implied multiple-perpetrator sexual assault, and Choi Jong Hoon reportedly talked about having to hold in his laughs to sexually assault “A,” who was unconscious "

The woman has been discussing with lawyer of pursuing lawsuit. She says she's bit afraid of retaliation and that her identity will get known. According to her the police hasn't contacted her yet, but will officially investigate the sexual assault when she files the lawsuit.

Now, this is probably one of worst things so far, not only filming without consent, but unconcious woman being gangraped and that being filmed. Those guys are just horrible.

Since Bang Jung Hyun who submitted Katalks to Anti-Rights commission I think the info is pretty legit in terms of confirmation that this is the woman in the pics etc. and that the sexual assault happened.

I hope they all get what they deserve

Unfortunately that’s not how it works, usually in situation like these the investigators are paid and news sites are paid off to look the other way . For this example the police found out that the detective were paid off for the burning sun video . Not to mention the Oh HyukJin the reporter who first mention something had his house burned down and went missing . Another reporter who was a big informant ,Noh SeungIl, is also now keeping his mouth shut . I believe I heard somewhere that the president of Naver son was involved.”, but his dad bailed him out.

It is sad how numb to acceptable behavior they are.
And to document the crimes with pics and video without a care is a horrifying sign that they really feared nothing and, were not worried anything would stick to them.

That it appears they have done this for the better part of a half decade or more.
