Every time I make life harder for someone, stress someone out, I feel so guilty

Even if it’s not intentional, even if it’s bc of adhd sometimes, it doesn’t change it

Just bc I do try to do my best and be a good person, and learn from my mistakes, and constantly grow, and that that’s genuine, just because I positively impact some people or they find me sweet, smart, wtv, doesn’t mean every time I impact anyone in any way it’s always positive, sometimes it’s negative too and that’s valid too

growth is not an eraser and I’m sorry. I feel so bad about every mistake I’ve made that negatively impacted someone else. If it only harms me, that’s fair, it’s my fault, I deserve it. But others?

even if I feel wronged too, I could be wrong too, I could’ve been selfish tho usually I’m told to learn to be selfish

Being a good person doesn’t mean you don’t mess up and make mistakes. As long as you’re trying your best, you’re a good person in my eyes.

It’s like when I was the only girl (and only one of six kids) on a behavior contract in first grade and it was just like sit still, don’t talk instead of doing your work, don’t get up when you’re not done with your work (the teacher would put no, so-so, or yes for each and every day I had to get it signed by my mom and bring it back to the teacher the next class), when I got 3 nos one day I felt so bad, like I didn’t deserve to be happy

I don’t think I ever got 3 yeses maybe only once or twice and I still can’t sit still and talk too much
