I feel low
like the earth I stand on
being depressed is a mess
but it is unavoidable
like cancer
it turns your body into rust
and your mind becomes empty
ashes to ashes
dust to dust
how do I win
how do I overcome
something that sticks like glue to me
it controls me
it moves me
who can relate?
when one has a blank slate
