Pathetic. What makes it worse is he'd already been declared grade 4 and thus would have only done public service anyways, but he selfishly cared more about his label's success than morals and tried to get a full exemption. The apology is hollow af, the excuse of "Well I was the only artist generating income" is disgusting, just as much as NAFLA's reasoning being fear he'd lose all the popularity from winning SMTM. Regardless of personal feelings about the military and service, he knew he had an obligation to his country and still decided to do something obscenely stupid.
