like rain sounds, maybe music in gen, anything like that
for me,
if i dont have at least a fan on i literally cant sleep
fan on or riot

[Sanumi]

Nope, I need silence or it just distracts me lol

[uran]

Yes. All the voices in my head telling me im not worthy and how embarassing i was 10years ago in one instant is a must for a good beauty girl boss sleep

[deardream]

i'm an asmr person so that's always on when i'm sleeping lol
i've tried sleeping with music in the bg but it's too distracting ):

[Soogi]

i put on a podcast or youtube video every night to play in the background yea, im really picky about who i like to listen to when i go to bed though

[velvet]

I used to, now I don't. I still like hearing rain outside my window though!

[Tickita]

Yeah I need a fan at least. If I'm up too early, it's sleep music or asmr to fall back to sleep.

[Yuzuru]

No.

[PloryWinxyMYBlnk]

No. I just watch some YouTube Shorts on my phone and fall sleep in a matter of minutes.

[HelloGoodbyeDie]

Music and that's about it.

[DearEagleZ]

I'm fine either way since I sleep near the A/C unit in the bedroom so-

[RockyGoose]

I remember that when I was a child, I sometimes listened to a CD, when I was lying in bed.

But well... now a days I feel like I just need silence.
Even though I do often watch ASMR before going to sleep.

[Chiara]

Nope, I need silence or it just distracts me lol

yay, someone gets me!

[Pirioca]

I don't care if there is background music, but I don't need it.

[Myth]

Not really. I can sleep through the screams of the damned™️ so that's nice.

[Sooyaabean]

No, I need peace to sleep
