I have traded away all my excess valentines cards in the children event just now, assuming the stories about a limited roulette are only a myth.. why is this happening

Also, you guys don't need to put in limited cards for the roulette. You can still throw in commons. The limited roulette is so there's a chance for the low and 0 pulled cards to be given out and allows users to pick a limited from that themed event for card of choice.

Day 1 - Entering Cards!

You can now enter your cards into the Roulette.

Spoiler: Rules Reminder

Rule 1: The maximum amount of cards you can enter is 5.
Rule 2: No duplicate cards are allowed to be entered by participants. This includes Cards of Choice; if someone has requested a card, you cannot request the same one.
Rule 3: Rare Cards can be entered.
Rule 4: Limited Edition cards can be entered as well.
Rule 5: You cannot enter Legendary cards or the Anniversary card
Rule 6: Depending on certain circumstances, you may receive the card you entered.
Rule 7: No take backs! Once you've entered your cards, please do not request to change them.
Rule 8: You agree that if you enter any cards, they'll be removed.
Rule 9: Cards can be entered the entirety of the First Day of the Roulette.
Rule 10: Cards will be drawn the Second Day of the Roulette.
Rule 11: Please inform us which batch/es you've completed when entering into the Roulette.

And an announcement:
We're slightly behind on limited roulettes at the moment. Therefore, starting the roulette after this one, we will have 3 limited roulettes. The first will be the Valentines one. Any Valentines with 2 or fewer in circulation will be added to the roulette similarly to the card of choice. Your card of choice for that roulette may also be a Valentines. They will all be handed out prior to the other cards being generated. Afterwards, we will have the April Fools roulette. Any April Fools with 1 or fewer will be handed out, like the Valentines one. You may also pick an April Fools for your card of choice that roulette. And finally, we will have a Children's Day roulette. Any Children's Day card with 2 or fewer will be entered into the roulette, and you may pick a Children's Day card as your card of choice. If you have questions just let us know
