Most violent/disturbing anime you have seen? (18+) (Some spoilers) (1 Viewer)

So for me gore itself necessary isn't that disturbing, but some other scenes like torture and psychological stuff are.

Most disturbing animes for me so far have been:

• Baccano!: Quite violent, but torture scenes for me were quite lot to take in. Worst scene for me was when one kid got tortured quite graphically.
• Psycho Pass: most of the anime is about catching serial killers and they have come up with pretty creative ways of killing people. Worst scene probably was when this guy beat up woman to death middle of streets and people taking pictures of it and gossiping while the woman begged them to help her. The scene went on minutes. But as disturbing it was, I think it was social commentary too- there is news all the time about how people instead of helping people who have been in accidents rather take pictures and gossip about it which is bit sick.
• Fate Zero: Lot of violence was towards children and lot of stuff that happening was kinda fucked up. For example there was one satanist that used children in his rituals so..

Oh sorry, Attack on Titan, someone had edited the scene were the titan eats the mom into bun commercial, "bend and enjoy".

I must say Higurashi When they Cry is high on the list when it comes to this.

Goblin Slayer and the goblin rape scenes/implied rape makes me care even less for Goblins than before.

Parasyte: The Maxim also ranks pretty high.

Berserk is violent and gory to the max, and certainly disturbing.

Goblin Slayer and the goblin rape scenes/implied rape makes me care even less for Goblins than before.

Parasyte: The Maxim also ranks pretty high.

Berserk is violent and gory to the max, and certainly disturbing.

Higurashi is pretty effed up yup.

Goblin slayer lol.. that was a lot. HAsn't been quite that disturbing even since, but there kinda is that uneasiness when you watch it, when things start going bad you get afraid just how bad they will go lol. Kinda clever from the author, makes you really concerned for the characters. In other hand if you want rid of your new found of hatred of goblins- you should watch Slime anime ^^
