Idk, they make it interesting on purpose. The suspense music and everything. It's the same why ppl watch horror i guess. For the sudden adrenaline rush.

I know there was a study or smth that women watch more of these docus because they are more likely to be the victims of serial killers. So in a way they are preparing themselves.

I watched a lot before too, but not so much nowadays. I'd get really uncomfortable sometimes.

Yeah, sadly tho a lot of them plead on it. Which yeah, u are fucked up in the head. We know that, that's why you're here. That doesn't excuse it. I met a lot of ppl with mental illness and or different disabilites and they didnt wanna stab my throat. I personally think it's mental illness maybe but also ABUSE from early childhood that really encourages their own abusive tendencies.

Also after i stopped watching some of them, cause some are more brutal than the others, and im slowly losing faith in humans if i watch more xD
