I liked the lawyers response to this nonsense saying "our clients are grown ups who can think for themselves" and that just shuts down SM trying to pass blame onto anyone else no matter how ludicrous it even is to try that.

MC Mong also personally put out a statement saying he only offered Baekhyun advice as his senior when he was going through a hard time which was also vetted through a lawyer so BPM were ready and SM probably wasn't expecting that.
