my glasses ALWAYS slide down my face (not completely just a bit lower on the nose) but they’re not “too small” or “too loose” bc they fit my head/temples just fine, and after constant “adjusting” bc glasses slide down it has continued and now my glasses just sit lower than normal on my fave bc the top part of my nose is too small and I have a low nose bridge or wtv

but you can’t adjust that part of frames

I’ve had glasses since I was 8

if I buy new frames I’ll have to get one but buying new ones would be a waste bc I have had the same main and spare pairs since I was 14 (spare) and 15 (main)

I bought adult glasses too when I was 16 I think but womens glasses are way too big for me …

plus rn I have the special less breakable glasses and lenses they only give to under 21 and under in the US (i still got those special lenses in my woman size glasses bc I was a minor I think tho but I mean they’re too big why would I wear them)

not only do I have to push them up constantly like the childrens size ones, they can also fall off with sharp sudden movements (the adult glasses)

yeah did Anyone know, does anyone have, does anyone need, and do they have children sized ones

I mean my glasses also slide down all the time but this has definitely not the answer to that for me Ive never heard of them before tbh, but I guess it makes sense that the bridge of your nose being lower would cause those issues.

I’ll ask my dad to buy when from Asia since he goes frequently on business and stuff in Asia are cheaper than the US because of conversions of diff Asian currencies and based on this and what features they’re for and the name it seems they’d be sold More there anyway

Literally all the facial features they say would need these glasses: wide/round face/skull, high cheekbones, low nose bridge
I have I am keeping my too big sunglasses for when I wear contacts tho bc they look cool

You either need a smaller frame or the glasses tightened if it’s not your nose shape

it’s def my nose shape bc I have a glasses adjustment kit too and it’s been the nose bridge part that’s not adjustable that’s the problem

Probably. I don’t wear them enough to really care tbh. The only time I’ve worn them for over an hour recently was when on vacation which doesn’t happen often

I wear them most of the time bc it makes apparently my eyes look smaller without them, then there’s also cheek bone and eye positioning and nose bridge meh it just makes my face look better cuz imo cuz it takes more attention that would be on it to the glasses (I don’t have low self esteem abt my looks I just think I look better with glasses)

Ah but do you have a low nose bridge? If you don’t you wouldn’t even need one

the strong lenses are polycarbonate or smth, they don’t scratch or shatter

Oh you can’t rlly compare your glasses with it, it’s the nose bridge as in a facial feature just search up low nose bridge

I found this pic I don’t really know how to explain and it’s prob not a lot like this but I guess it’s if your nose starts to Portude/curve out lower, rather than at the top of your nose

if you look at yourself in the mirror or at a picture you should be able to tell

like even in pictures of myself as a baby you can see the low nose bridge now that I now what it is

It’s for if it slides down cuz your nose bridge isn’t that high so it goes to the top of your nose bridge instead

my old frames slide down too, but not really cause of that? it's because the stems are too long i think, so for the bendy part to comfortably wrap around my ears, the glasses would slide down

well since i made my spare frames my main, and my main (the one i mentioned above) my spare, this hasn't been much of a problem. anyway, i'm not required to wear mine all the time, my power's pretty low (0 in my right and +0.25 in my left)

Funny thing is I like wearing the glasses (but at the level they slide down too) bc it makes it less obvious I have a low nose bridge

That’s cuz you have the wrong size

the low nose bridge glasses are for low nose bridges ofc

no glasses would fit right of the ones I’ve worn and I kinda have to wear since I have for over half my life, yeah I do have contacts but especially cuz of puberty and acne at that time I didn’t like wearing them cuz glasses = some of attention on face would be on glasses instead, and now it’s like only on a great skin day but still cuz of my nose bridge and eye size/shape I feel like I look better with em on~

We’re they called cat eye glasses? Bc I’ve seen that shape of the lens holding part of the frame on glasses called cat eye. That makes sense a lil bit then if these are called Asian fit bc sometimes that’s said as a compliment to some East Asians (cat eyes)

cat eye glasses are only in womens section tho iirc and they have low nose bridge glasses for men too

actually the adult size glasses i think might’ve been this shape, the cat eye, but high nose bridge

they were too big for my face still
