I take back what I said about the sunburn. I'd take all the sunburn if it meant I didn't have to deal with the repercussions of overeating.

Too much food. Chicken mainly. Some tacos, a lot of ice cream, too much soda. Not enough water but I didn't get sun poisoning (my friend did tho!)

If you're in the sun for a long time and not properly covered in spf you get very red and hot (and burnt), fever, headache, nausea, chills dehydration, fever nd then you'll probably throw up as well - at least my friend did.

You solve it by spending time in cool places/colder showers, drink more water and take ibuprofen, rub a gel with lidocaine on the burnt skin. Use after sun/aloe Vera as well
