Perhaps she was having a shitty day, maybe the host said or did shit earlier that pissed her off, maybe he was the nicest guy she'd ever met, maybe the show was produced in this matter to get a rise out of people, thus get better ratings and views. Maybe Gidle was doing what Gidle does best, push the limits. The more I see and read about this it feels like social engineering and marketing doing their thing. Generating views and money while the sheeple follow along with bobbing heads.

that’s what I understand, but what was exactly wrong she said? For example, the first few seconds of the video which korean words should she use to make it more formal?

Instead i would have used 어떡해 to me it's more respectful

How is this actually hurting Gidle? When Soojin was booted gidle wasn't keeping the company afloat. Gidle pretty much owns Cube at this point. Gidle = Cubes only pay check. Not to mention, this falls right in line with how Gidle has presented themselves for everything after Hwaa. The best marketing is often the most dramatic.
