B.A.P is a good one. I also think EXO is up there. Their albums are solid and diverse. Monsta X might follow in a few years.

EDIT: add SHINee, Infinite, and maybe VIXX to the mix.

For girl groups, I'd say Brown Eyed Girls and f(x) are most consistent in quality. Objectively Red Velvet too, maybe Mamamoo but they're not always consistent. Loona may be there one day if they continue to work with good producers.
