Yeah, this letter is awful. I know they don't want to release anything before the trial and I respect that, but as a result, they cannot really say much about the situation anyway and this letter is just a whole lot of blah blah blah. I know I may sound harsh on them when they've been mentioned, but this letter is just terrible. Something along the lines of

"Hello it's Fifty Fifty, we are very grateful for the support that we have receieved from Hunnies over this difficult time. This decision was not something taken lightly, and we were forced into filing this lawsuit due to the actions of Attrakt. There are a lot of reports emerging with details of our dispute, and we believe that we have exhausted all opportunities for a amicable solution concerning our contracts with Attrakt. We encourage everyone to not make any prempetive judgements on rumors against us before the trial begins.

We love you,
Keena, Saena, Sio, and Aran from FIFTY FIFTY."

would be better. Short, sweet, and concise not the word vomit that they gave us.

Chaeyeon I could imagine was probably just forgotten to be accommodated for as what she's asking for seems normal?

As when you think about how a big company is run it just sounds really stupid as someone has to tell someone else to tell someone else in order to tell someone else who'll check with someone else if that can be done giving many chances for human error to enter.

Not to mention the saying the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing so stuff like this you have to think about whether it enters a malicious "mistake" for personal gain category or it just sounds like pure stupidity.
