yeah, from looking back at the 2ne1 thing, i doubt they would let them collab after a split. So maybe that is also a factor why the contracts are discussed so long

Rose is the one that allegedly resigned right? For why , i have no idea, maybe she just feels comfortable there? I thought it might be that she likes the producerss there, or Teddy. But looking at the solo album, she wrote more in it than teddy. We will see i guess

I really hope BMonster does not feel the pressure of trying to become the next BP when they debut-- even though they probably felt that way before and after being selected as an official group.

I don't know if YG could have given a longer window between the start of BP's contract renewals and BMonster's debut because that would be sensible-- doing things one at a time. But, of course, the label wanted to bite off more than it can chew as always.

Not that surprising. Treasures debut also got severely postponed, they were supposed to debut in May-July 2019 and they actually debuted in August 2020. They even lost a member in that time, probably because of the wait. Hopefully Baby Monsters won’t be as long.

Over a year waiting period for them? That's insane! I'd probably drop out too because of the feeling of losing trust in the label.

As you've said, hopefully for BMonster, their delay will be short.
But, realistically, we all know there could be a possibility of a slightly long one.
