I really really absolutely can't do it I'm afraid. @litc @Nina come share your thoughts but why cant I just get a little drinky drink every time I leave the house

Yes and it makes me quite grump grump because of my PTSD/BPD/SSID meds

Yeah. But coffee was making me feel sick, so I eventually gave it up

Several times, but the longest I lasted was like 6 months. The first week is so miserable.

No, i don't see the reason why. I only drink 3 in 1 quick coffees, not like starbucks or overly sugary ones, so 1 coffee let's say 5 days from 7 doesn't seem a lot imo
