I feel embarrassed for giving him benefit of the doubt. Whoever ran that Twitter account did great job at making it seem believable.

I both agree and disagree. I know I changed a lot within the first year of graduating high school so he could have definitely done so.

But I'm hesitant to fully say he deserves the benefit of the doubt just because from what I know of bullying Korea it is a very big problem. Also, wouldn't want to give him the benefit if he hasn't actually changed which we really don't know.

It just feels conflicting. If he was given a chance to apologize or explain things I could form a better opinion but I don't see that happening

Apparently this is something that he was well known for around their home town and went on throughout middle AND high school also I hear that bullying and especially acts of extreme violence are a HUGE problem in Korean schools due to students taking advantage of Korea's strict system of hierarchy ... even his friends who were trying to defend him admitted that he had an "aggressive image" which doesn't really sound all that reassuring tbh
