I don't think it matters, though. You should be ranked by your performance. Training longer doesn't necessarily mean you'll be better or worse if you train less. Some people are just more talented than the rest. I also don't think being under a great company gives any privileges, you can still do well without proper training facilities and training in a basement (such as in Daniel's case who was A ranked) if you practise hard enough in such environment.I see it as
1-5 months - under the age of 17 should be bit easy on....
everyone else the same
as if you only been training months it not like you could of learnt much in that time unless you been training yourself and if your are a kid and trained for years it not same as a 17 plus year old who has trained with a striker trainer etc
Anyways, let's look at some of yesterday's performers, their training length and their age (I'll put international), bolded the examples!

as we can now see, it absolutely doesn't matter, you can train for a long time and get an X and you can train for 3 months and get A, you can also debut with F rank and improve a lot and A doesn't guarantee debut, of course, as well for all the group battles, most of the points go to the most popular person, especially for first group battle, because they're more known and no one cares if they're A or F, it's something people will nitpick on later though >:
